We celebrate Easter from March to April every year (variable). Children often look forward to receiving chocolate bunnies, candies and other treats on Easter. Many families send Easter flowers to those they cannot visit during this holiday. The Easter bunny is a make-believe character synonymous with this holiday. The Easter bunny brings gifts (e.g. chocolate and eggs) that he hides for children to find on Easter Sunday. Decorating eggs is also a fun activity. Easter egg hunts where children look for eggs hidden outdoors, are the norm in many communities.
